IZIXAZULULO

I-HL Cryogenic Equipment inikeza amakhasimende uhlelo lwe-Vacuum Insulated Piping System ukuze kuhlangatshezwane nezidingo nemibandela yezitshalo ezinkulu:

1. Uhlelo Lokuphatha Ikhwalithi: Ikhodi Yamapayipi Okucindezela e-ASME B31.3.

2.Ibanga Elide Lokudlulisa: Isidingo esiphezulu somthamo wokushisa we-vacuum ukuze kuncishiswe ukulahleka kwegesi.

3.Ibanga elide lokudlulisa: kubalulekile ukucabangela ukufinyela nokwanda kwepayipi langaphakathi kanye nepayipi langaphandle kuketshezi oluyi-cryogenic nangaphansi kwelanga. Izinga lokushisa eliphezulu lokusebenza lingaklanywa ku--270℃ ~ 90℃, ngokuvamile -196℃ ~ 60℃.

4. Ukugeleza Okukhulu: Ipayipi elikhulu langaphakathi le-VIP lingaklanywa futhi lenziwe ububanzi obuyi-DN500 (20").

5. Ukusebenza Okungaphazanyiswa Imini Nobusuku: Inezidingo eziphezulu ekulweni nokukhathala kwe-Vacuum Insulated Piping System. I-HL ithuthukise amazinga okuklama ezinto eziguquguqukayo zokucindezela, njengokuthi ingcindezi yokuklama ye-VIP ingu-1.6MPa (16bar), ingcindezi yokuklama ye-compensator okungenani ingu-4.0MPa (40bar), nokuthi i-compensator ikhulise ukwakheka kwesakhiwo esiqinile.

6. Ukuxhumana nohlelo lwephampu: Umfutho womklamo ophezulu kakhulu ngu-6.4Mpa (64bar), futhi udinga isinxephezelo esinesakhiwo esifanele kanye namandla aqinile okuthwala umfutho ophezulu.

7. Izinhlobo Ezihlukahlukene Zokuxhuma: Ukuxhumeka kwe-Vacuum Bayonet, Ukuxhumeka kwe-Vacuum Socket Flange kanye nokuxhumeka okuhlanganisiwe kungakhethwa. Ngenxa yezizathu zokuphepha, i-Vacuum Bayonet Connection kanye ne-Vacuum Socket Flange Connection akukhuthazwa ukuthi kusetshenziswe epayipini elinobubanzi obukhulu kanye nomfutho ophezulu.

8. Uchungechunge lwe-Vacuum Insulated Valve (VIV) Olutholakalayo: Kufaka phakathi i-Vacuum Insulated (Pneumatic) Shut-off Valve, i-Vacuum Insulated Check Valve, i-Vacuum Insulated Regulating Valve njll. Izinhlobo ezahlukene ze-VIV zingahlanganiswa ngendlela efanayo ukulawula i-VIP njengoba kudingeka.

9. Isixhumi Esikhethekile Sokushaja I-Vacuum Sethangi Lebhokisi Elibandayo Nelokugcina Izinto Siyatholakala.
